Ten years ago, Landman & Associates, Inc. was formed to broaden the reach of providing effective nutrition therapies to a growing patient and customer base. The core of Landman & Associates' services is nutritional counseling. Nutritional counseling is an in-depth, one-to one, highly individualized service that explores both the health concerns and wellness goals of each client. Clients are guided in learning how to implement healthy behavior changes and provided with nutritional advice on what to eat, how to prepare healthy foods, appropriate exercise regimens, and advised of targeted nutritional supplements appropriate for their specific health goals or health challenges.

Nutritional counseling sessions are conducted in person at our offices in Plantation or Coral Gables, Florida, via the internet, and in business settings for small or large groups.
